Combine the VIP essentials with the XSP Cheat Sheet for a supercharged combination. I know for a fact that some of these templates are already SEO tuned, so grab them , fill in the blanks and load them up to get started.
I would be worried that using a template would hurt your site in terms of SEO. Have you noticed a hit in your search rankings at all?
