   I have just recently started blogging. I also recently discovered the “dofollow” concept. I have changed my blog to a dofollow and have been posting (What I hope are quality) comments on dofollow blogs. I have not noticed a difference yet. I have also not been spammed but as I said I am a newcomer. I hope that it will be a worthwhile endevour and i appreciate the information you have posted here. Thanks

   Twitter is some traffic generating site right? Thats nice plus you have a dofollow blog so I think you are driving more traffic.

   I have just converted my blog to a DoFollow blog 5 days ago. Now i have noticed a lot of change in my comments. I receive a lot of spam comments daily . Almost 20 everyday. Let’s see what happen next! I will keep updating.

   Spam comments are hard to avoid but it’s better to moderate it first before approving them. Twitter is a nice application to making your blog improve and to let your followers know that you have a new article or topic to discuss.

   There’s a neat plugin that allows you to automatically tweet anytime you post to your blog. I use it on hundreds of blogs, and it works great. Thanks for the info.

    I use ping.fm to manage all my Social Network sites. You should try it. It’s easy and a lot of compatibility.

    I haven’t found a practical use for twitter yet in my business. I really don’t need to keep people instantly updated on anything. Or am I missing something?

    @ Dental insurance – By promoting your website or business to social networking is gonna increase your chances to be known and find potential buyers. But you have to keep your accounts updated and must be very careful with the account details.
