    You see, Google has always discouraged link building for the sake of manipulating the search rankings. On a blog, everyone is free to post a comment, since blogs are social in nature. The problem is, more and more webmasters abuse the blog commenting feature. They use it to build links instead of participation. The blog commenting feature is never meant for SEO. It’s meant to encourage active participation from the readers.

    Yeah commenting on blogs is now meanly for backlink purpose even the most obscure, hard to find blogs on the strangest topics can attract spam comments.

    Thanks for the list. I also had a peek into your directory – too bad that the ones I checked were not ideal for link building; Blogger accounts, or ones where you had to log in.
